Chilean Robalo
A silvery fish with a yellow-green or olive tint, the common snook has a body that is streamlined and slender with a distinct black lateral line running from the top of its gills to the end of its forked tail.
Congrio-King Clip
There are four commercially available varieties of the kingklip; red, golden, black, and south. All four varieties are similarly shaped, and on the outside differ mainly in the color of their skin.
Elephant Fish
Elephant fish are actually a form of shark and have cartilaginous skeletons. Their most distinguishing feature is a large snout which has a fleshy lobe with a flap hanging down in front of the mouth. Its most distinctive feature is a plough-shaped nose that is used to search for food on the seabed.
Merluza, Antarctic Cod
The Antarctic cod is the largest of the Antarctic fish. They can get to about 6 feet in length and live to about 50 to 60 years old. Antarctic Cod is meaty, sort of oily fish like shark only more so, and extremely tasty.
