To make service even easier, we welcome you to open an account with us. The requirements are simple and quick to process. Many new customers have a credit line with us within the first week.
• We ask that account holders be incorporated. This applies to restaurants, hotels, caterers, commercial kitchens and retailers.
• Please download, fill out and return a Credit Application. (Instructions at bottom of page.) You may fax or e-mail it back to us. Please don't forget to sign it!
• Once your credit application has been approved we will fax or e-mail you our latest price list.
